Winter Boat Storage Service Order
Boat will be ready for haul out after______ /___

winterization as appropriate to my boat. (Includes as needed: oil change(s), winterization of
engine(s), water system, head(s), air conditioner(s), lower unit service, bottom
wash, fuel stabilization and battery storage.
Note: Appropriate services will
be performed automatically as part of the winter contract, unless you specifically
request we omit and item. If you do not wish us to perform a particular service,
please cross it off the list.
