Essex Marina Inc. (S. Main St. PO Box 57 Essex, NY 12936) A fee of $70.00 per
foot ($1500 minimum) for the dockage of your boat at our facility-one 30 amp electric
outlet is included per boat-or $45 per foot for a mooring ($1000 minimum). A deposit
of $200.00 must be returned with this contract, the balance paid upon arrival
of you boat.

Essex Marina Inc. assumes no responsibility for the safety
of any vessel stored at the marina and will not be liable for fire, theft, or
damage to tenant's vessel, its equipment, engines, dinghies, or other property
of the tenant or tenants guests. Operator does not insure tenants against fire,
theft, damage or any other loss or casualty to tenant's vessel its equipment,
engines, dinghies, trailers, cradles, other property belonging to tenant or tenant's
guests. The tenant agrees to keep his vessel in good condition during the term
of this agreement. Tenant also warrants that the vessel stored/docked at Essex
Marina is insured for liability.
Essex Marina has the right to cancel this agreement if
the tenant does not abide by all reasonable regulations of Essex Marina Inc.
No outside repair person will be allowed to work on any
boat in the marina unless he has proof of liability insurance and has the express
permission of Essex Marina Inc. to do so.
Essex Marina Inc. must approve boats or any other item
offered for sale at the marina.
The rental period is from May 15th to October
15 th conditions
permitting.
No subletting or trading is permitted.
